Bio

I've been working on my family history since the mid-1980s. A main goal that I established early on was to determine my American lineage. To date my research centers almost exclusively in the northeast of the US, and my lineage has been traced, in almost all cases, to colonial times (pre-revolutionary war).

On my father's side of the family the key surnames that I'm researching are: Rumsey, Potter, Weaver, Thompson, Woodmancy, Hough, Johnson, Ford, Rathbone, Hurd, Crain, Hibbard, Livermore, Peavy, Jackson, Coe, Bassett, Chamberlain, Bentley, Salisbury, ... to name a few of my recent ancestors.

On my mother's side of the family the key surnames that I'm researching are: Fuller, Bristol, Crandall, Bauer/Bower, Waldorf, Roys/Royce, Cooper, Babcock, Reynolds, Arnold, Whitcomb, Palmer, Marshall, Case ... to name a few of my recent ancestors.

If you see any photo that I have submitted to Find A Grave, there is no need to get permission from me, feel free to use it as you wish.
