I was born in 1962 in Oklahoma and grew up 5 miles SW of Pauls Valley in the township of Klondike. The Blankenships, Gilberts, Packs, Russells and Tuckers are the families that are my kin from Klondike. I am the one in the family that gets all the picture collections that are left orphaned due to death of a love one. My paternal grandmother, Blanche (Gilbert) Blankenship, left me family pictures from the above families and the Crenshaws of Jasper county MO. My wife's aunt left me pictures of the Meiries, Cooks and Reavis of Cass County, Ill. My maternal grandmother, Vada (Short) Turner, also left me her pictures.
