Bio

I have been researching my family for several years beginning with not much information as no one else in my family lives in the past as much as I do. My father was from Ohio and my mother from Florida. The families are so spread apart we seem to have lost track of the old ones. I don't want them to be forgotten. I know where many are buried and I visit when I can. I am interested in Teners, McGovneys, Wickerhams, Collins, Copelands, and Platters from Adams County Ohio. Williams, Prescott, Kersey, and Deen from Appling County Georgia; Howards in Macon County, NC and Georgia.

Please add your stories if you know anyone I have listed. If you have any corrections or additions please let me know. Let's make our ancestors live again.

Please use any photograph I've posted. If you are looking for a grave in a cemetery in north Florida or south Georgia I will try to help. I have created memorials for people who are not my family and I will be happy to transfer them.

I find that cemeteries are pleasant places to visit, peaceful, and usually I can browse the graves without seeing anyone else. I would have taken a lot more pictures of headstones over the years if findagrave had been around.
