Prior to January 2019 I was a 36 plus year employee of an electric utility. After that date I am now a retiree. I'm always available for random acts of genealogical kindness. I'm a fan of old dusty property records, history museums and local library collections. I enjoy digitizing the records I find to share with others. I have completed photos of the following Coffey County Cemeteries: Altamont, Apostolic, Bailey, Benedict, Big Creek, Bowman Adgate, Calvary, Center Hill, Cola Hill, Crandall, Fairhope, Glendale, Gridley, Hall Summit, Hoover, Hope, Key West, Lebo Creek, Leroy, Logan, Pleasant Hill, Pleasant View, Prairie View, Quisling, Rock Creek, Schlichter, St. John's, Star, Strawn, Stringtown, Teachout, Veteto, Waverly and Wimer.

Members of the Coffey County Genealogical Society are now helping with this project. As a result, we now have a photo collection of more than 25,000 Coffey County Kansas headstones. We are currently working to complete Lebo.

I'm currently working with the Coffey County Genealogical Society and the Coffey County Historical Society on a project to place all our cemetery photos on the internet. We now have a website with a limited collection of photos on-line.

Otherwise, you'll find me caring for my boy scouts, my firefighter brethren or my elder family members. Most of all I love to spend time with my wife and grandkids. They are the reason why the sun rises and sets in my world. I give thanks to god that I'm so blessed.
