I was transplanted to Central Texas in 1986 when I moved to Fort Hood with the U.S. Army. My wife Melinda and I raised three children here and now have three grandchildren. Both of my parents are from Montana and both lines seemed to have migrated from the early days of east coast settlers, along the northern states over to Oregon, then back to finally settle in Montana - until my parents left as a young married couple in the mid-1950s. Now our family is spread across the entire country!

No longer in the Army, I now work as a web technologist for an international consulting company.

I am relatively new to genealogical research but am finding that I really enjoy it quite a bit. I will be happy to do any local research within a 100 mile radius of Killeen, Texas.
