I live in the Central Coast area of California, and have fairly recently taken up some of the genealogy research for the family, which my mom had a passion for until she was no longer capable of continuing the task - the baton has passed to me I think. I work full time so don't always have the time I'd like to be able to devote on ancestry.com and findagrave.com. However, the assistance and information provided from fellow members on this site has been immeasurable, and I've already told my family that when I retire, they'll likely find me traipsing through cemeteries, taking photos for the F.A.G. folks!
