Bio

I am an artist living near Boston, Mass. As a child, I used to accompany my grandmother (Mrs. Jacob Wirth) on many trips to small, remote cemeteries around New England, where she would record names and dates from the stones as a volunteer for the Boston Globe archives. I became interested in cemeteries and made rubbings of some of the stones with wax disks and rice paper. (very carefully!)

Jacob Wirth, of the Boston German restaurant "Jacob Wirth" was my grandfather, "Baba" and Tony Randall was my father's cousin, which is why he's in the family category of my cemeteries here.

Looking for Jane and Frank Lindsey in NH, Ed Hood in Boston or Mississippi (Warhol factory member) and Clarence Hickox in Mass.
