Bio

I've been doing genealogy for a little over 20 years, now. I've broken a few brick walls. Visited some of the graves that I have found. I have one that is eluding me. He owns several, but we can't find his. His name was George Buchel. He was originally from France. His last name has also been spelled Buschel/Buschell/Buchell/Buschal. One of his children is buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Beatrice. Her name was Lizzie Buchel (last name spelled Buschel), one of his late wives is buried Wyuka in Nebraska City (Mrs. Buschal and infant - no stones), and his last wife in Plattsmouth (Augusta Buchel). If anyone can help with his location, it would be greatly appreciated. His parents were Caspar and Catherine (Huck) Buchel and were from Roeschwoog, Alsace, France. Thank you!

If there is a grave that I manage that you are related to (please ask if I'm related, first, as I manage a lot of my relatives), you can ask me to transfer them to you. Please include your relationship to the person. Even if it's an ancestor that you aren't directly descended from. There are some that don't. I would understand.

I'm beginning to clean gravestones. I'm starting with my relatives and I will volunteer to help others, if they want. I prefer to use D2, as it is one of the safest to use. I don't use anything abrasive nor do I use power washers. I'm based in Lincoln, NE.
