Although I grew up on the west coast, I am now living in Michigan. I am a busy mother of two beautiful and very active girls. In my "spare time" I love to research family history among other things.

My mother is an avid historian too, so I concentrate mostly on my paternal lines. The names I am currently working on are Upthagrove, Moss, Beers, Witters, Catlett, Meals, and Curtis. PS. My husband and I have become so hopelessly addicted to this site that we have "adopted" a local cemetery to do look-ups and photos. Is it strange that our daughters are learning how to read from epitaphs?
