Bio

I have always been interested in my family's history, but have always been too busy to do any real research. Once I retired, I did a little research, but never pursued it with any zeal. Then, on one of my feeble attempts to make some great discovery, I found a message on a genealogical website. The person was searching for her great-great-grandfather, who, as it turned out, was also my great-great-grandfather. Now I want to discover as much about my family as possible.

Surnames I'm searching for include Johnson, Greve, Gerdner, Riepe, and Judd on my father's side; Bonar, Gauss, Williams, Valentine, and Lautenschlager on my mother's side. I'm sure there are also many others yet to be discovered!
