I also believed that having a picture of the grave is the one physical piece of that ancestor or loved one, that can help us feel connected to them. So I have found taking photos of the gravestones to be very beneficial to those searching for family. Inscriptions that sometimes gives you a hint of what that person was like. Plus I feel that all graves should be cataloged and not lost to mother nature or to a lack of care.
