My father Andrew Mathiowetz of Morton, Mn. was interested in family history. He went to Bohemia and Germany several times looking for information. In 2002 I did the descendants of Simon Mathiowetz 1838-1928 from Pscheheischen #26 in Bohemia and Katharina Herschmann 1850-1927 to Sleepy Eye, Mn. in two large books. I love collection information and putting it together. I grew up on a farm near Morton or Morgan, Minnesota with 11 brothers and sisters.
November 2013 I printed two books on the John (Novacek) Newacheck 1817 - 1879. He married to Marie Krenjk 1832 - 1923 in Bohemia whose father was Martin Krenjk.This is my husband's mothers family. Unable to find the village they came from in Bohemia. Let me know is anyone finds it.
