Born in Altoona PA in 1941. Have lived most of my life after the age of 20 in the Boston, MA area. Lost my mother and father in 1965 & 1968 respectively and have only a childhood friend in the Altoona area. I've been fortunate enough to stumble upon this sight and find photos of my Mother and Father's graves and of the other Mother and Father that I had as a child, all at the same time. I had lost track of where Fay was buried and hunted for years to find him, and his wife Ruth. One day last year after many many years searching for them I typed in his name and a Find A Grave person had photographed his grave...both were interred together. It was karma - I had searched for over 20 years!!! I have a grown son who lives her in MA as well. And sometimes - rarely - I visit PA and go to the graves of my Mom and Dad. I live on the ocean, but I will always and forever love the smell of the good black earth and green trees of the mountains of my forever home.
