All four of my grandparents are Germans from what is now the Ukraine area of Russia who homesteaded within 6 miles of each other in the Venturia area of McIntosh County in south-central North Dakota.
My wife's family comes from the Van Buren County, Iowa/Clark County, Missouri area near the SE point of Iowa.
I have identified more than 3,000 of our relatives and have cemetery pictures of many of them.
