I was born Shelley Shabri Smith. I was adopted when I was about 2 years old by my mothers husband Donald Perkins. I married 1st to Matthew Van Loo and had 3 children. I married 2nd to John Toy.

Thanks to an Ancestry DNA test, I discovered and connected with my biological father Monte Huwe. I have since been handed the family genealogy (because its my thing), so now I am actively and collectively researching the Huwe family history.

In addition, from time to time, I will trapes through local cemeteries or mausoleums taking headstone photos and upload them to FAG. It is also something I enjoy doing.
