Our father's family line includes Moores, Hortons, Mathesons, etc, who mostly came to Texas by way of Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee. Our mother's family consists of Heberts, Bordelons and other French and Acadian families. We try to be careful in our research but sometimes make mistakes and don't mind having others point them out to us. We appreciate all the work done by volunteers on Find A Grave.
