I love the puzzle that is genealogy, and Find-A-Grave is a wonderful way to share the pieces that I've fit together.

Currently, I have young children, so it's difficult for me to get out and photograph graves, but would love to do whole cemeteries eventually. What a great resource!

I have many ancestors who have passed through the Charles City, Iowa and some eventually settled in Menahga, MN (Ash, Morgan, Hartman), and also from Garner and Forest City, Iowa (Jass and Bergan, Haut, Bahr, Kittelson,). The Jass family came from a part of West Prussia which is now in Poland (Schlochau or Człuchów), so I would love to eventually find connections for them from the old country. Other family names are Johnson, Nelson & Eklund (Port Wing, WI and Duluth, MN), also Roy, McMillen, Baldwin, Clapp, Sowder, Sidden, McReynolds, Marsh, Nitcher, and Guinall.
