Im the Great Granddaughter of William Riley Woods and Devada Bagley Woods Dixon William Riley Woods was the 1st transportation up and down tbe Suwannee River for these parts and has several Tracts named/ memorials after him,Woods Ferry off of highway 136-a live oak fl 32060 and a land tract at suwannee springs off highway 129 north live oak fl 32060 he had deep roots here and 2 girls ernie mae woods, seseal woods, 2 boys george woods and james woods all deceased.im learning alot about my family i didn't know...some dark family secrets good and taboo. Finding family that i never knew existed. My family names for both sides of my dna are wood, woods,mcneal, palmer, bagley, dixon , gray hildreth and finding more as i go. Right now im working with 2 other friends and we are repairing , restoring, and cleaning graves and grave yards in our local area that have been forgotten.
