I have lived in Graves County for all of my life,a total of 40 years. I grew up in the small community of Lynnville,in south Graves just a little south of 94. I recently became interested in the history of my family and their ancestors and am now "hooked" on finding anything and everything that I can. My dad never knew or ever heard of some of the names that I have found,such as his grandfather or great grandfather. He said that he never heard his dad talk of any of them. I recently discovered that our family has a cemetery,The Thomas Cemetery and thanks to a friend that I have discovered through find a grave;I added it as a new cemetery this morning. It's all very interesting and I will continue to search.
