I have added my profile to FAG as I am researching for a project to commemorate servicemen who died in air crashes in the Bowland Forest area of Lancashire, England during and immediately following WW2.

I am a calligrapher and my main role in the project is to produce a handwritten Book of Remembrance for those who died. There are 26 people in all, 12 of whom are US Citizens.

I have been fortunate in locating a number of these on the FAG site and have left notes on each record in the hope that a family member will make contact.
