I was born in and lived my childhood in Missouri but spent most of my adult life, so far, in Wyoming. I've done much travel throughout the U.S. / Alaska, the Northwest Territory / Canada and northern Mexico. I enjoy history and genealogy. My mother and her sister, and my father and his siblings, shared a lot of information with me, about their lives and identified people and places displayed on pictures. My dad (Noah Cleveland AuBuchon Jr / Buss), born Oct 1, 1915, my mother (Mary Pauline Fox Aubuchon), born Feb 22, 1919, grew up in similar environments of Missouri. Mom was born and reared at Lost Creek, Chaonia in Wayne County, MO., and Dad at an area of Carter County Missouri that, back in the day was referred to as upper ten mile creek community, just south of Ellsinore, Missouri. I find information of people of their generation, from those areas very interesting. Mom, now 100 years of age, enjoys hearing tid bits of families from those area. I assume that all the information that is posted by any contributor is researched and accurate; hope so anyway. The information I post along with the pictures, I believe is correct, but if at any time the reader finds it is not, I would appreciate considerate input.
