If I have uploaded a photo and there are no empty spots I will remove my photo so you can upload your photo, if you are a family member or have a personal photo, maybe a better photo than I have uploaded. I have no problem removing my photos if there is another photo to take that place, however, I will not remove my photo just to leave that spot empty.
