I was born in Springfield, Vermont in December, 1938. My parents are Charles Wayne Pierce (1904-1974) and Edith Marion Underwood Pierce (1912-1995) I graduated from Black River High School in Ludlow, Vermont in 1956 and Ottawa University, Ottawa, Kansas in 1961. I married Judith Ann Meyer Pierce in August of 1961and shortly thereafter we moved to Limon, CO where I taught and coached for over 37 years and have retired there.
