Bio

I am one of many researching our family, Dunlop, Dunlap, Delap and DeLapp.

I am fortunate and thanks to Fred DeLap in Illinois for our family pedigree back to my fifth great grandfather;

Robert, b. 2 March 1803, Va. d. 19 May 1885 in Monroe Co., Indiana and is buried in the Maple Grove Cemetery along with his wife, Elisabeth Turner DeLap and some of his children.

The DeLap research long ago hit a wall in finding Robert's parents who were later in an 1850 US Census said to be from Ireland.

Dig, dig, dig..

:)
