When Death arrives, it no longer matters whether it is unexpectedly and without warning, or anticipated and planned for; Death is all-consuming, leaving loss and grief behind to fill in the immeasurable emptiness that remains. Time does not heal the profound wounds of loss and grief. Time allows us to figure out how to live in the emptiness.
