Tree hugger and dog lover- I used to spend the majority of my free time volunteering with Dallas DogRRR doing what I could to help rescue abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs. I now volunteer with the Texas Historic Tree Coalition as a member of the board of trustees as well as the coalition's secretary, and the project coordinator for the Indian Marker Tree Project. We are dedicated to finding, researching, recognizing, and protecting Indian marker trees, as well as heritage and historic trees of Texas.
