I attended White Pines College in Chester, NH in the 1970s; Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, Mass. in the 1980s; U.Mass.Lowell in Lowell, Mass. in the mid-1990s; and, U.Mass.Boston Grad. School in Boston, Mass. in the late-1990s.

I also graduated from the U.S. Army Infantry School at Fort Benning, Georgia in October 1982; Platoon Confidence Training (conducted by the Ranger Cadre of the 1st Battalion, 10th Special Forces Group Airborne) at Bad Tolz, West Germany in December 1982; Officer Candidate School (OCS) at the Massachusetts Military Academy (MMA) in July 1986; and, the North East (Mass.) Regional Police Institute (NERPI), now in Reading, Mass., in May 1987.
