I am the Executive Director of the Charles DeWitt Byrd Veterans Association located in Blountville, TN, we serve 15 counties in Tennessee and 11 counties in Virginia. I also volunteer with several disaster response organizations; Virginia Baptist Disaster Response, Salvation Army Disaster Response, Team Rubicon. I am also an ordained minister and a Tennessee Notary Public.
