Hello!Never Forgotten is a project that I started with my two kids when they were 11 and 10 years old.

We have been mapping out veteran's graves in Oak Hill and Eastview Cemeteries in Newnan, Georgia. We are doing this to make it easier for volunteers to place flags on veterans graves for Memorial Day.

Our project started out slow and along the way we have found that our project has taken on a bit of a new life. For one, we've share our experience with anyone who is interested and show them what we are doing and why. We've had dozens of friends, church groups and even a local high school out to help. People of all ages are really interested in what we are doing. Also, we found that many graves need to be fixed so we are raising some funds to fix the ones that need the most attention. Check out our Facebook page: http://facebook.com/knowforgottenheros/ for more information. We raised money to fix Captain Amos West marker. We want to make a booklet with all the veterans names listed. We are finding some graves that aren't marked as veterans so were are hoping the community might help us by letting us know if they know of someone who is a veteran but their grave ins't marked. We hope to continue our efforts in Forest Lawn as well. Thanks for taking the time to read about our "little" project.
