I started with Find A Grave just looking for family grave photos to add to my tree, but it has become more.
I like adding the grave details to people, that for whatever reason, have gone missing from family trees even though there is proof they existed in the family. The burial information is either on the death certificate, obituary, or both. I myself have family that are buried in unmarked graves or that are simply marked with a stone.
Adding memorials should be based on the facts. Connecting family members is special. Family mattered. Find A Grave is a useful digital tool to keep them together, even in death.
