Bio

I am a second generation genealogist who began (at a very early age) following my genealogist mother around in cemeteries as she doggedly tracked lost and forgotten ancestors. Other than the occasional snakes and poison oak, I've always thought cemeteries are fascinating places of calm. They give us a place to remember and reflect on the lives of our forebears, and appreciate their contributions to what we are today.

I take pleasure in sharing the results of my researches with others who might be on the quest for lost relatives and/or friends. I'm happy to do edits if you have verifiable sources. Please keep your messages polite.

To request a transfer, use the Edit - Suggest a Correction; then fill in the box with your request. Don't forget to include your member #, the memorial # for the person you're requesting, and your relationship to the deceased and/or reason for requesting transfer.
