I am a new contributor to FindAGrave and am also the founder and of a newcomers genealogy group in Annapolis Maryland. One of our members stressed the importance of people contributing and taking over the management of FindAGrave ancestors. My 92 years young mother has many wonderful stories about her parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other family members - as well as fading pictures and clippings in old photo albums. We all promised that we would upload photos and stories of interest on FindAGrave for our children and relatives.... I will be requesting "transfer" of the management of direct family members for which we have extensive knowledge and information. Many, many thanks for all of the FindAGrave volunteers who are building such a wonderful treasure trove of family history!
