Bio

As a life- long resident of Solano County, I found myself involved as a volunteer photo contributor to FindaGrave after finding my parents' memorial on the site. My father served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. At the time of my father's passing, our local VA cemetery, SVNC, did not exist and my parents are interned out of state. As I have grown a bit older it has become difficult to visit my parents' gravesite on a regular basis; by contributing in taking local gravesite photo's, it helps me to feel closer to my folks.

My goal is to make the historical record as complete as possible for future generations and I am proud to be part of the collective, volunteer effort. I am grateful to have the opportunity to help preserve the memories of those gone before me.
