Born at Ft. Meade, MD. Mother Edna Ruth Gauss, Father Robert Randall McCoy...when I was conceived he was stationed at air Force in Texas. Know absolutely nothing about my Fathers family other than what little I can gleam from his military records. I currently live in Blacksburg, VA and I am willing to try and locate any graves and take photos if possible...I will enlist my husband who has lived here all his life to help me, I know there is 1 cemetery that has been bull dozed, for it had no markers...sad but true. I am currently seeking out old forgotten cemeteries and taking photos of the tombstones so there will at least some sort of record. If you are searching for a hard to find cemetery, I may perhaps have a photo of it. I have and do contact the Town officals, funeral homes, etc. to try and find cemeteries. Many Blessings to all!
