I retired after working in the iron mines of Upper Michigan for 40 years. Researching my French-Canadian family history and along the way helping others to do the same has been personally rewarding. I'm amazed at the FAG contributors whose efforts in creating and maintaining memorials has been invaluable in helping me to find my ancestors. I hope to pay that forward by doing the same.
