Find A Grave has allowed me to 'connect' to the deceased as well as living cousins, some of which are 2nd and 3rd cousins that I had no clue. The Find A Grave app on my iPhone is probably the second most used app following the weather app. Family names include White, Hobart, Carr, Piles, Beatty, Lenhart, Cunningham, Reed. My biggest living genealogy find occurred on Easter of 2017. While enjoying dinner with a friend of some 20+ years, we discovered we are 9th cousins from Reverend Peter Hobart (1604-1679) Hingham MA. We also live in the same city/state. I have begun tagging family graves with GPS coordinates using the App.
