I am new to the findagrave.com. I recently started taking pictures at the local cemeteries around my area. I try to fulfill the requests that I see. I recently visited WHistler Cemetery in Whistler/Prichard/Mobile,Alabama to fulfill some of the requests and I found the place so over grown that I could not see most of the graves at all.I have started a project to clean up local cemeteries and get people involved in helping through social media. We will be cleaning up our historical cemeteries. I hope to fulfill those other requests when we get them all cleaned up. I started out with only my HUsband Clayton Amison and good friend, Byron Shotts and my 5 year old son. I will have a large group with me next week. Byron SHotts also accompanies me to the cemeteries so I won't be alone and he helps me locate a lot of the unphotographed graves. This is work but I don't mind because I feel like I am helping others in their search for their ancestors and long lost relatives. I am a preschool photographer so I am able to use my gifts and talents that I have been blessed with to bless others. Any photos that I post here I give my permission to the families to use as they may need or want. God bless you all. Let me know if I can help with anything in Mobile.
