I am a student of history pursuing a Masters degree in Public History from Texas State University. Currently I am employed by the Texas State Preservation Board and based out of the Texas Capitol Visitors Center, the old General Land Office of 1856-1867. With the preservation board I also work at the Texas State Capitol, Texas Governor's Mansion and the Texas State Cemetery. My tasks range from giving tours of these historic sited to performing historical research as well as contributing to the social media pages of these historic sites.

My career in history combined with my passion for the subject has led me to Find A Grave many times before for research so I eventually decided to create a profile to keep track of the final resting places of my family members.
