Hi everyone! I'm Mollie and I live in the Syracuse NY area. I've always enjoyed walking through cemeteries, trying to decipher inscriptions on old tombstones. A couple years ago, I came across FindAGrave when working on my Ancestry family tree. I was so grateful for the people who took the time to take photos of my ancestors' graves. So, I decided to pay it forward and become a photo volunteer. I enjoy filling photo requests and adding pictures to graves with no photos. I particularly like photographing older graves to preserve them before they're too weathered to read. Recording history, honoring lives lost, and making sure people are never forgotten is important to me.

Sometimes on my cemetery walks, I come across graves that aren't already on FindAGrave. I will add them using the information on the stone. If you have more verified information to add, go ahead and send me some suggestions using the edit button. If you're related to someone I have added (and I'm not), then I'm willing to transfer the memorial to you. I mean no disrespect in my contributions to this site. If you want a family member's memorial removed, I will do so when you ask too.
