I'm from a small town in Iowa, born to a large Catholic family. We consisted of 8 boys and 3 girls, losing a sibling to SIDS before any of the rest of us were born. We knew him without knowing him. This is a large part of ME! I am a registered nurse by profession, working as LPN for the first 8 1/2 years of my career. I have two sons Arash & Kiavash. They are half Persian. I speak fairly fluent Farsi (Persian language). That's how I met my 2nd husband in an internet chat room speaking Farsi. I met him, then married him in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I have visited Tehran, Iran twice, living there for 9 months during my first visit. I hope to leave this for future generations to learn of where they come from, if through me or my siblings or the "hundreds of us" before them..
