I am a 3rd generation amateur genealogist, as far as I know. I have updated my lines all the way back to the 1400's on a number of my lines and even earlier on one or two.

I am a geek and since I am staying home most of the time to care for an aging parent, I needed something new to do and my greatest pleasure is seeing that people I knew over the years have a proper memorial to honor their memory.

I have also been updating my family lines including the Werren, Ives, Findley, Ayrault, Newhouse and Horner lines via the free Family Tree app on my iPhone and laptop.

Oh yes I do play the bagpipes and bugle, and I am a Ham Radio Operator N2JYG. I do not mind correcting of my transcribing, I cannot spell at times or my fat fingers get in the way!!
