Bio

I inherited my love of researching family history from my dad who researched our family lines for over 40 years of his life. When my mom gave me all my dad's research, I, at first, didn't know what to do with all his research. As I started going through his files, what amazed me the most was his accuracy, his attention to detail. I strive for the same accuracy documenting every primary source I use. And as I continue to research and go through Daddy's files, it's almost as if he's giving me little hints to the questions I have. What I wouldn't give to be able to ask him questions now. In addition to genealogy, since I am a retired English teacher, I love books; I spend most of my time reading, researching, and traveling to the places I read about.
