Bio

I was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada and still live in the Fredericton area. I have been working on my family history on and off through the years. Through that, I have become interested in the Find a Grave community. My parents families come from the Netherlands and so I am unable to see their burial sites and know that others have the same experience. My husband's family is from the Fredericton area and I am working on finding and making sure they are all photographed for future family interest.

I enjoy perusing cemeteries and have always been goal oriented so looking for specific headstones that someone is looking for is perfect. If I have helped in any way, I am glad to have done it. I respect the markers that I photograph, therefore I do not clean them, aside from removing brush, moss, and grass clippings.

Almost all memorials and grave photos I have added are not my family, so I am willing to transfer almost any. Just let me know. Additional info is always welcome.

Please feel free to use any photos I post. It is beyond me why anyone would want to hold copyright on pictures of tombstones.

Genealogy is about preserving the past. The spirit of genealogy should, in my opinion, be one of sharing.
