Bio

My mother was one of 85 first cousins! My father was one of 11 siblings! It has been told that in the area that was settled by my mother's ancestors that you could shake a tree and a relative of her family would fall out. So I am well blessed with relatives.

In the early 2000's I made photos of all the gravestones at cemeteries in my local area and put them on Google. Find a Grave was not established at that time. After Find a Grave came into existence I saw many of my photos on Find A Grave and it made me glad that they were being seen and used for a good purpose.

I am 76 years old now and my health limits me to what I would really like to do. So helping Find a Grave connect family memorials is something that I can do that I hope is useful. I have a database that I have built over many years with sources, conversations and documents of relatives, friends and allied families. So I hope what I have to offer will be of usefulness to those now and in the future.

I would enjoy corresponding with anyone researching the following surnames: Todd, Tompkins, Bolton, Hooper, Glasgow, Hester, and/or any allied families.
