Hey, y'all! I live in York, Pa. I just started tracing my family history and have become fascinated with digging up information. I love trying to fill in the gaps and find photos/articles about my ancestors. So far I've traced my lineage to Switzerland, Germany, and Britain. I have started a virtual cemetery on here, so if you know anything about any of the people there, please message me!

My dad's side is from Adams/Franklin counties in PA and Frederick, MD. Names of interest are Keller, Fissel (also Fischel, Fishel), Shindledecker (changed from Alansburger, which I also am interested in tracing more of), and McLaughlin.

My mom's side is from Centre and Union counties in PA. Names of interest there are Hartley, Crouse, Miller, and Palmer. I've had trouble finding info about them simply because they are from such small towns in remote, rural areas that not many people are aware of them.

I plan to visit the areas my mom's family hails from and go through some of the cemeteries and get some photos and log them here.
