Bio

A native Alabamian, I enjoyed the life of an "Army Brat."
The wanderlust took hold and after earning a library degree from Florida State Univ, I worked for the US Army as a civilian librarian. I loved serving the soldiers and their families at many Army installations abroad and in the continental USA. I retired in 2001 and have enjoyed traveling and recently became interested in family history. This introduced me to Find a Grave.

I'm very new as a creator/manager of memorials on Find a Grave. If (when) you discover an error in any of the memorials I have created, please let me know and I'll be happy to make corrections. I believe the memorials should be managed by their family if possible. If you are a family member of the deceased, I will be happy to transfer management of the memorial to you.
