I am an attorney and legal studies teacher living in Northern California. I am originally from Southern Illinois. I went to McLeansboro High School and then to University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana for college to study history. I left Illinois in 1992 and went to Golden Gate University School of Law. In my spare time, I write historical nonfiction.
