I am a 12th Generation decendent of Niclas Gottmann (1535-1580; Michelbach, Frankish, Crumbach, Hessen, Germany).
Katherine "Katie" Gettman Hoff (1905-1996), my maternal grandmother immigrated from Frank, Saratov, Russia in 1907, just prior to the Bolsevic Revolution; the ship landed at Ellis Island. She met my maternal grandfather, Leonard Edmund Hoff (1901-1987), after arriving in the United States. My mother was Marian Virginia Hoff Anderson (1923-1980). I
I am a PhD educated adult nurse practitioner until retiring in 2016 .
