Since 2016, I have been devoted to working on genealogy, participating in at least a dozen historical societies, writing a newsletter for our Hendershot Researchers family organization (founded in 1989), and studying the historical context of events (even the weather) that affected the lives of my ancestors. It has been such fun and I've been so grateful to the many FindAGrave volunteers who have photographed cemeteries so that we are able to visit the graves of our loved ones.
