I am a retired telecommunications engineer. I was born on June 27, 1953 at Medical College of Virginia hospital in downtown Richmond, Virginia. I grew up in the Chamberlayne Farms neighborhood of Henrico County. Attended Laburnam Elementary School grades 1-2, then Chamberlayne Elementary School grades 3-6. Attended Henrico High School grades 7-12 graduated Class of 1971. Attended University of Virginia 1971-1975, took BSEE degree Class of 1975. Recruited by the Federal Communications Commission (US gov't), accepted position as Electronics Engineer and worked for the FCC in Washington, DC until I retired in December 2012.
